STELLARWARE CORPORATION AWARDED LOUISIANA NEW HIRE REPORTING INITIATIVE CONTRACT
NORWELL, MA - Stellarware Corporation just announced that it has been awarded a contract by the State of Louisiana to provide services for the State's New Hire Reporting Initiative under Solicitation Number Doc1667500307. The contract was signed in April 2026, with project work beginning in May and program operations commencing in August 2026.
Under the agreement, Stellarware will support the administration and operation of Louisiana's New Hire Reporting Program, designed to strengthen child support enforcement through timely employer reporting of newly hired, rehired, and recalled employees. The program supports the State's ability to update employer information, facilitate income withholding activities, and enhance overall child support collections.
The Louisiana solicitation sought a qualified contractor to manage the daily operation of the New Hire Reporting Program while providing employer outreach, compliance monitoring, technical assistance, reporting services, and secure data handling. The resulting contract includes an initial three-year term, with the option for two additional 12-month extensions.
With this award, Stellarware now operates sixteen concurrent new hire reporting projects for states across the country, further expanding the company's national footprint in child support technology and employer services solutions.
As part of the engagement, Stellarware supports Louisiana employers through multiple reporting channels, including secure web-based reporting, Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), paper submissions, and electronic file uploads. Stellarware will also provide employer outreach, training, technical assistance, and compliance support designed to improve reporting accuracy and participation statewide.
