Stellarware Awarded Contract for Comprehensive Employer Services Portal in the State of New Jersey

Stellarware is excited to announce its recent award of the Child Support Employer Services State Directory of New Hires and National Medical Support Notice Processing Portals contract from the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services, Division of Family Development. Stellarware opened a new location in Hamilton, NJ, establishing a third regional office for the corporation. The New Jersey project team began operating the New Jersey New Hire Directory on October 1, 2015 and launched the New Jersey National Medical Support Notice (NMSN) Processing Center on November 1, 2015.

In addition to the new hire reporting and NMSN aspects of the project, New Jersey and Stellarware are working together to improve employer outreach and compliance by creating a comprehensive employer reporting portal and services center, which will be branded the "Child Support Employer Services Center." The updated Child Support Employer Services Center will incorporate Stellarware's proven Employer Registry solution and an innovative Outreach Module with functionality to distribute documents electronically to employers and receive their responses online through the portal. The portal will provide a platform for multiple employer reporting services, including new hire reporting, National Medical Support Notices, income withholding orders, employment verifications, and terminations. The new portal will work in tandem with New Jersey's state of the art, web-based child support case management system, known as NJKiDS.

Another unique benefit of the portal will allow for Stellarware's compliance outreach to be achieved with just one phone call to the employer, supporting all of the employer's child support responsibilities. It is anticipated that by the end of 2017, employers doing business in New Jersey will have the advantage of satisfying all of their reporting requirements and compliance obligations in one, easy to use portal and service center. Stellarware looks forward to enhancing this "one-stop" portal, designed to serve New Jersey employers and allow the State to further strengthen its ability to assist the public with an efficient and comprehensive resource.
